Tuition & Refund Policy

At Little Light Log Cabin, enrollment secures a student’s place in a limited-capacity program. Because staffing, materials, and planning are based on enrollment, we maintain a firm refund policy.

Registration Fee

A $26 registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.

  • This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Registration confirms and reserves your student’s placement.

Tuition Commitment

By enrolling, families are committing to the selected program for the academic year.

Tuition may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan.
Enrollment holds a student’s spot regardless of attendance.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are based on the date written notice is received, not last attendance.

Refund Schedule

  • Before the first day of class:
    Full tuition refund (excluding registration fee)
  • Within the first 14 calendar days of the program:
    Tuition paid, minus a two-week non-refundable portion, will be refunded
  • After the first 14 days:
    No refunds will be issued

Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship Student

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

Tuition is charged as a single, comprehensive tuition rate for the student’s enrolled program and is not charged per course or per subject.

If a student withdraws and a tuition refund is available under Little Light Log Cabin’s standard refund policy, any refund for a Utah Fits All scholarship student will be remitted directly to Odyssey for deposit back into the student’s scholarship account.

Little Light Log Cabin will not issue a scholarship refund directly to the parent or student.

Scholarship students are charged the same tuition amounts and are subject to the same refund terms as non-scholarship students enrolled in the same program.

Little Light Log Cabin does not require scholarship students to sign a contract waiving their right to transfer to another qualifying provider during the school year.

Little Light Log Cabin will report a scholarship student’s withdrawal to Odyssey within five business days.

Scholarship students will not be charged different amounts or subject to different refund terms than other students enrolled in the same program

Little Light Log Cabin complies with the anti-discrimination provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 2000d.

Program Changes or Cancellation

Little Light Log Cabin reserves the right to:

  • Modify scheduling or program structure
  • Cancel a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

If the school cancels a program, a prorated refund will be issued.


Absences

  • No refunds, credits, or make-ups will be given for:
    • illness
    • vacations
    • personal scheduling conflicts

By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree to this tuition and refund policy.
