Tuition & Refund Policy

At Little Light Log Cabin, enrollment secures a student’s place in a limited-capacity program. Because staffing, materials, and planning are based on enrollment, we maintain a firm refund policy.

Registration Fee

A $26 registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.

  • This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Registration confirms and reserves your student’s placement.

Tuition Commitment

By enrolling, families are committing to the selected program for the academic year.

Tuition may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan.
Enrollment holds a student’s spot regardless of attendance.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are based on the date written notice is received, not last attendance.

Refund Schedule

  • Before the first day of class:
    Full tuition refund (excluding registration fee)
  • Within the first 14 calendar days of the program:
    Tuition paid, minus a two-week non-refundable portion, will be refunded
  • After the first 14 days:
    No refunds will be issued

Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship Students

For students participating in the Utah Fits All program:

  • Any applicable refund will be remitted directly to Odyssey for deposit into the student’s scholarship account.
  • Under no circumstances will refunds be issued directly to a parent or student.
  • Scholarship students are subject to the same tuition amounts and refund policy as all other enrolled students.

Withdrawal Reporting (UFA Requirement)

Little Light Log Cabin will report student withdrawals to Odyssey within five (5) business days, in accordance with program requirements.

Program Changes or Cancellation

Little Light Log Cabin reserves the right to:

  • modify scheduling or program structure
  • cancel a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

If the school cancels a program, a prorated refund will be issued.

Absences

  • No refunds, credits, or make-ups will be given for:
    • illness
    • vacations
    • personal scheduling conflicts

By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree to this tuition and refund policy.
