Nature Readiness

Be prepared for all weather conditions when coming to the ranch! Classes are held rain or shine, in both hot and cold weather. We have a barn for shelter and a fire pit to keep warm, but in cases of extreme weather, we will bring the children indoors.

Label all belongings – Little Light Log Cabin is not responsible for lost or damaged clothing and personal items.

Ensure your child brings:

  • Sunscreen

  • Water bottle

  • Insect repellent

  • Hat

  • Boots or appropriate footwear

  • Layered clothing

  • Work gloves

  • Epi-pen or inhaler (if needed for allergies or asthma)
