Little Light Apprenticeship Program

Step into real responsibility, serve younger students, and earn leadership Experience. Love helping younger kids, animals, and gardens? Teens guide team building activities, chores, and nature play while logging service hours that look great on résumés and scholarship apps.

Requirements

  • Ages 15– 18
  • Commit to one 8‑week block (or the Summer Camp Thrive block)
  • Attend a short interview & safety‑training afternoon
  • Arrive on time, follow Daily Rules, keep a simple hour‑log
  • Complete a capstone (mini‑lesson, build project, or leadership demo)

How It Works

  1. Apply online in the parent portal → Apprenticeships.
  2. Complete a short interview & safety training (one afternoon).
  3. Select which session block and commit.
  4. Keep a weekly log of hours & reflections—signed by your Learning Coach
