The weather has been absolutely beautiful, so we took full advantage and enjoyed our activities outdoors. We roasted s’mores ice cream cones over the fire, made caramel apples, and played Halloween games — definitely a highlight of the day! For stewardship, we watched a special milking demonstration, as we welcomed our adopted dairy cow — Daisy, a sweet mini Jersey — along with her adorable calf, Stewart. Both have already made fast friends with the students, who loved giving Stewart hugs.
